    The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page two, section one, line nine, after the word “authorized” by striking out the period and adding the following:

    with the amendment set forth below:

    On page four, subsection 3.2, by striking out “OIC” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “Offices of the Insurance Commissioner”;

    On page four, subdivision 3.2.a, by striking out “OIC” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “Offices of the Insurance Commissioner”;

    And,

    On page seven, by striking out all of subdivision 7.1.e and inserting in lieu thereof a new subdivision, designated subdivision 7.1.e, to read as follows: The Director of the Public Employees Insurance Agency or his or her designee, the Commissioner of the Bureau for Medical Services or his or her designee, and the Director of the Children’s Health Insurance Program or his or her designee.
